Fierce Electronics names 40 Under 40--seventh flight

Fierce Electronics is proud to announce its seventh group of four honorees in the inaugural 40 Under 40 awards program. These awards are timed with the 40th anniversary of Sensors Converge being held June 24-26 in Santa Clara, CA.

The Fierce Electronics 40 Under 40 recognizes individuals under 40 who are driving advancements in technology, pushing boundaries and shaping the future of electronics with their creativity, expertise and impact.   Additional honorees will be named weekly in Fierce Electronics in no particular order.

The entire class will honored at Sensors Converge 2025, celebrating its 40th anniversary June 24-26 in Santa Clara, CA. 

 

Mubina Toa

Systems Engineering Manager, Current Sensing

Texas Instruments

Mubina Toa has worked at Texas Instruments for eight years, progressing recently to Systems Engineering Manager. She has a keen appreciation for engineering trends with current sensing, having worked in product marketing at first, often explaining concepts in videos and other presentations that enrich her latest work as a manager. With a BS degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, she previously worked as a teaching assistant for undergrads.  She has also been active in Society of Women Engineers conferences for young female students interested in STEM.  She once joked that when a good current sensing solution works, it goes unnoticed, but when it doesn’t, watch out.

Yuhan Long

Yuhan Long is a co-founder and CTO of Infermove, a company in last-mile delivery with autonomous sidewalk robots powered by embodied intelligence. Infermove's robots have already completed over 50,000 deliveries in China with a 98.5% success rate, and the company is expanding globally in 2025.

Yuhan has extensive experience in robotics and autonomous driving technology, having held leadership roles in L4 robotaxi development at Lucid Motors and AutoX Technologies Inc. He previously worked as a hardware engineer at IBM and a software engineer at Takata.  His master’s in robotic systems development at Carnegie Mellon University included a study of computer vision and location and mapping.

Yash Dixit

Yash Dixit is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Product Validation with over eight years of experience. As a Senior Test Engineer at Tesla, he leads cross-functional teams to develop tailored instrumentation solutions. His expertise spans Experimental Stress Analysis, Automotive Test Development, NVH testing, Digital Image Correlation, and Component-level Crash Testing. He has co-authored multiple international publications on Crashworthiness and Material Behavior. Yash plays a key role in product validation, offering strategic guidance and identifying cutting-edge sensor technologies to enhance Tesla’s capabilities while fostering partnerships with new vendors. He was previously a test engineer at Meritor and holds a Master’s of Science in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University.

Louis Gobin

Product Marketing Engineer

Louis Gobin has worked as a Product Marketing Engineer supporting Artificial Intelligence solutions in STMicroelectronics Americas Region since February 2022.

He started his career as a machine-learning applications engineer for Cartesiam, based in New York. After ST acquired Cartesiam, Gobin moved to Santa Clara, CA in 2021 to take on the role of Field Application Engineer.Born in Paris in 1992, he graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 2017 and a Master’s degree in Data Science in 2019.
