The OKL2-T/12 and OKL2-T/20 non-isolated point-of-load (POL) dc/dc converters feature Murata’s inspectable Land Grid Array (iLGA) package that allows ease of probing of all signal pads and visual inspection not possible with conventional LGA packages. Both models are 93% to 95% efficient. Measuring 20.32 mm x 11.43 mm x 8.55 mm, the OKL2-T/12 delivers an output up to 12A while the OKL2-T/20 provides 20A from a 33.02 mm x 13.46 mm x 8.75 mm package. Both models have two variants that accommodate a wide input range around a nominal 5 Vdc (2.4 to 5.5 Vdc) or 12 Vdc (4.5 to 14 Vdc). The 5V models provide a programmable output voltage in the range of 0.6 to 3.63 Vdc and the 12 Vdc models in the range 0.69 to 5.5 Vdc.
