GaN Power Amplifiers Operate To 7.5 GHz

Delivering gain levels from 43 dB to 60 dB across a bandwidth from 30 MHz to 7.5 GHz, the company’s latest line of solid state GaN (Gallium Nitride) amplifiers offer designers off-the-shelf components that would otherwise require months of lead time to acquire. The components feature high output load impedance that offerseasier impedance matching over wider bandwidths using lower loss components. Common applications include commercial and military radar, jamming systems, medical imaging, communications and electronic warfare. Saturated output power levels range from 10W to 100W with up to 35% Power Added Efficiency (PAE). All operate from single-voltage supplies that are internally regulated. View the GaN SSPAs at
