San Jose, CA --- Fujitsu Components Limited, Fujitsu Components America Inc., and CRATUS Technology, Inc. announce a partnership agreement to jointly develop and produce intelligent, wireless sensor-based products for OEM customers in the rapidly growing industrial IoT (IIoT) market.

The partnership will give U.S. customers access to Silicon Valley-based product development capabilities that leverage Fujitsu’s expertise in wireless module technology and volume manufacturing, and CRATUS’ hardware design knowledge in specialized sensor and sensing-solution products.

“Working with CRATUS as our hardware design partner and combining our wireless and sensing technologies will give U.S. customers local access to the latest technology, design, and manufacturing resources they’ll need to quickly come to market with leading IIoT products,” said Bob Thornton, President and COO of Fujitsu Components America Inc.

“We are excited to partner with Fujitsu and lend our expertise to help create innovative products for the IIoT market. We look forward to growing this partnership as applications and market demand continue to grow,” said Zeki Gunay, CEO, CRATUS Technology, Inc.
