The ISL85410 and ISL85418 synchronous buck regulators operate over a wide range of input and output voltages. They integrate both the high-side and low-side field-effect transistors (FETs), eliminating the need for a low-side diode, and both devices are pin-to-pin compatible. Features include integrated compensation, input voltage range from 3V to 36V, output voltage range from 0.6V to 95% of Vin, and compact, 4 mm x 3 mm packages.
