I2R Nanowave releases the INW0240-31 broadband power amplifier module, based on its proprietary Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology. The amplifier delivers over 1W of saturated output power over a 2 GHz to 40 GHz frequency range. It exhibits better than 10-dB harmonic suppression and 15-dB intermodulation product suppression at full power.
The INW0240-31 is a three stage, GaN based high power amplifier suitable for electronic-warfare applications.
