The Stack Classic light bulb fits a standard A19 bulb profile and includes radio frequency (RF) motion sensing technology, which reportedly is a first in a residential bulb of this type. The RF technology allows the bulbs to detect motion from within scones and other traditional lighting fixtures as well as through lampshades. The Classic also includes the company’s other sensor technology, which can automatically detect and adjust to meaningful occupancy changes, and available ambient light. The Classic will begin shipping in late Summer 2016 and will be available at a pre-order price of $28 per bulb and $89 per starter kit. Eeach starter kit includes two bulbs and a hub.
