Allegro MicroSystems Inc., Worcester, MA, offers the A1380 Series of one-time programmable read-only memory (OTP-ROM) user-programmable Hall effect linear sensors in TO-92 or SOT-23W packages. The OTP-ROM lets you optimize the device in a finished sensor assembly while the dynamic offset cancellation provides low offset and minimal temperature drift. You can adjust the sensitivity of the sensors around one of four predetermined nominal values (2.5 mV/G, 3.1 mV/G, 5.0 mV/G, and 7.0 mV/G) and adjust the quiescent output voltage, temperature coefficient, or output polarity.
