The SP300 Series from Sensonor Technologies AS, Horten, Norway, is a multipurpose digital absolute pressure sensor that has a programmable, embedded RISC microcontroller and an optional accelerometer. Stand-by current is 0.3 µA, 11-bit measurement requires 4 µA, and pressure ranges are 0.5–16 bar F.S. Communication is via 5 general-purpose I/O pins and a 2-channel LF receiver supporting wireless command and data reception that can be used for configuration and device wake-up. Features include electronic ID, temperature measurement, supply voltage measurement, diagnostics, and an optional 125 g on-chip accelerometer. Operating temperature range is –40°C to 125°C.
