The device features a microphone EIN of 27 dBA SPL, 17 µA at 1 V current consumption, and stable response over time, temperature, and environmental changes. Offered in a tiny surface-mount package, the device is reflow-solder-compatible with no sensitivity degradation. You can also use multiple ADMP801s in an array to form a directional response, facilitating sound-of-voice localization.
