Tiny Humidity and Temperature Sensor from Sensirion

The SHTC1 from Sensirion AG, Staefa, Switzerland, is a 2 by 2 by 0.8 mm humidity and temperature sensor designed for use in mobile devices where small size is critical. The sensor uses the company's CMOSens technology that combines the sensing elements and signal processing electronics on a single silicon chip. Measurement range is 0%–100% RH with ±3% RH typical accuracy and –30°C to 100°C with ±0.3°C typical accuracy. The sensor is fully calibrated, has an I2C interface, and is suitable for reflow soldering.
