The SQ-MIN-200 from SignalQuest Inc., Lebanon, NH, is a 1.95 mm dia. by 3.6 mm omnidirectional, micromechanical tilt and vibration sensor that draws 100 nA when active. The sensor provides motion detection for size-constrained devices such as RFID tags, GPS trackers, pet monitors, Bluetooth ear pieces, wristwatches, and hearing aids and, because of its low current draw, can operate up to 20 years on a single battery.
