BASIC Series pressure sensors from All Sensors Corp., Morgan Hill, CA, are MEMS-based devices in a ceramic surface-mount configuration, designed for use with noncorrosive, non-ionic fluids such as air and dry gases. Sensors are available in ranges from 10 in.H₂O F.S. to 100 psi F.S. and offer 0.5% linearity and 1.1–21.0 psi nominal sensitivity, depending on range. Output is ratiometric to the supply voltage; supply voltage is 6 VDC.
