Model XLD Submersible from tecsis LP, Worthington, OH, is a compression load cell designed for use in wet, splash down, or fully submersed applications. Donut load cells, also called throughhole load cells, are available in many sizes and fit around shafts or bolts to provide compression force data. The XLD Submersible’s features include: large inside diameter; ranges from 0.0 lb. to 5000 lb. and 0.0 lb. to 50,000 lb. with 150% overload rating; 2.0 mV/V nominal output (std.); fully welded 17-4 ph SS; pluggable MCBH4M-SS Subcon connector; F.S. linearity ±0.25% and hysteresis ±0.15%; and operating temperature ranges from -65°F to 200°F.
