DSC Series signal conditioners from CyberResearch Inc., Branford, CT, includes 4 models, all of which provide 300 VDC isolation on inputs, outputs, and power source. The TCA thermocouple module accepts inputs from 12 standard thermocouple types and puts out either a voltage or current signal. The SGA strain-gauge conditioner, with 950 Hz bandwidth, accepts 5 input voltage ranges and puts out any of 4 different voltage ranges or 0~20 mA. The DCV voltage module accepts 4 input voltage ranges and puts out any of 4 voltage ranges or 0~20 mA and has 3 kHz bandwidth at –3 dB. The DCA current module accepts 0~20 mA or 4~20 mA and outputs your choice of 2 voltage or 2 current ranges and has 3 kHz bandwidth at –3 dB.
