The JUMPFLEX 857-819 from WAGO Corp., Germantown, WI, is a mV signal conditioner that accepts bipolar mV inputs from –100 mV to 1000 mV and converts them to a current or voltage output. Available current outputs are 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, 0–10 mA, and 2–10 mA; voltage outputs are 0–10 V, 2–10 V, 0–5 V, or 1–5 V. Features include 3-way isolation, configuration by DIP switch, and the ability to configure nonlinear curves via WAGOFrame FDT/DTM-based software that also provides parameterization, start-up, and field device diagnostics.
