The Model MSR165 from MSR Electronics GmbH, Switzerland, distributed in the U.S. by Saelig Co. Inc., Pittsford, NY, is a high-resolution triaxial digital accelerometer mini-datalogger, capable of taking 1000 sps across all 3 axes. The 39 by 23 by 72 mm device can record simultaneous temperature, humidity, pressure, light, and analog input voltage and store >2 million parameters, sufficient for recording >10,000 shocks of up to ±15 g. It can also continuously record for 32 ms before a main shock event, allowing you to investigate the time history of the shock event. Memory capacity can be increased through use of a microSD card.
