The 750-975 eight-pole Ethernet connector from WAGO Corp., Germantown, WI, offers insulation displacement contact for tool-free, in-the-field conductor wiring without the need for crimp tools or preparation of the conductor ends. The pluggable RJ-45 connector offers IP20 protection for conductors from AWG# 26–23, color-coded IDC terminations, and the ability to accommodate shielded and unshielded conductors. Transmission rates meet Category 5e requirements. Contacts are vibrationproof, pull-out resistant, and gas tight and are re-wireable.
