(RFM [NASDAQ: RFMI] the "Company"), a leader in M2M wireless technology, announced the first order and production shipments of the WLS1271 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combination module to Logic PD, a leading product innovation and development company, and a global supplier of embedded System on Modules (SOMs). Logic PD has also received a pre-production shipment of the RFM WLS1273 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combination module in a communications device for a major healthcare customer. In April 2011, RFM introduced the standards-based WLS-series combination modules which include the WLS1270, WLS1271, and WLS1273.
