The LTC2635 from Linear Technology Corp., Milpitas, CA, are quad 12-, 10-, and 8-bit rail-to-rail DACs that integrate a precision 10 ppm/°C reference in 3 by 3 mm QFN and MSOP packages. Features include selectable resolution; max. 12-bit INL error ±2.5 LSB; guaranteed monotonic over –40°C to 125°C; 3 nVs crosstalk between DACs; 0.75 mVp-p noise from 0.1 Hz to 200 kHz; 125 µA current draw per DAC; selectable internal or external reference; power-up options for zero scale, mid-scale, or Hi-Z; and either 2.5 V or 4.096 V DAC F.S. outputs for the LTC2635-L or LTC2635-H, respectively. The DACs are suited for use in industrial, automotive, and ATE applications.
