The full-featured, multifunction DMM measures DC and AC voltage and current, 2- and 4-wire resistance, frequency from 1 Hz to 500 kHz, and AC RMS from 3 Hz to 300 kHz; provides a 3 MHz digitizing function; is self-calibrating; and can make up to 3500 readings/s. Software includes a virtual instrument panel, Windows driver libraries, and drivers for Signametrics SMX2040 and SMX2060 DMMs. Applications include automated production testing, laboratory automation, portable/field testing, and semiconductor and component testing.
