Pressure Sensors from Thaler

Thaler Corp.
The TPS31 Series sensors from Thaler Corp., Tucson, AZ, are MEMS-based devices that offer both absolute and gauge pressure measurement. Ranges are 15, 30, 60, and 100 psi and output is an uncompensated millivolt signal. Sensors are pressurized from the back to increase their tolerance to harsh environments and are packaged in an alumina package for stress relief and chemical resistance. Applications include industrial controls and monitoring, appliances, altimeters, and digital pressure gauges.
