With current ratings to 98.8A and DCRs as low as 0.45 mΩ, the XAL1010 Series high-temperature, shielded power inductors are AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified for operation in temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. They come in cube-shaped packages measuring 10 mm x 11.3 mm x 10 mm. Other features include RoHS-compliant tin-silver (96.5/3.5) over copper terminations and a maximum reflow temperature of +260°C.
