The CircuitMaster 4000M Precision Active Oscilloscope from Saelig Company Inc., Fairport, NY, combines the power of a 100 MHz 10-bit DSO and a 0.1% accurate digital voltmeter, with multiple circuit diagnostic capabilities. Features include 2 analog input channels, external trigger, 4 adjustable-threshold inputs; built-in voltmeter (0.1% 24-bit); and 40-channel connector for use with IC or PCB connectors, which can be used as dual 20-channels for real-time signal acquisition and comparison. CircuitMaster 4000M's Active Mode provides DC or AC signal outputs. The unit performs analog Signature Analysis, for investigating the node voltage-current characteristics of unpowered devices to detect faults in components. TestFlow Manager software is supplied.
