Honeywell aerospace debuts its high-temperature, non-volatile memory Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) for well monitoring and measurement-while-drilling (MWD) data storage in down-hole drilling energy operations requiring memory that can withstand temperatures of +250°C and higher. Exploiting the company’s high-temperature Silicon on Insulator (SOI) IV process technology, the EEPROM is programmable and erasable across the full operating temperature range.
