Features include dynamic F.S. capabilities at ±250°/s, ±500 °/s, ±1000°/s, and ±2000°/s for angular rate sensing and ±2 g, ±4 g, ±8 g, and ±16 g for linear acceleration sensing; rate noise of 0.005°/s/√Hz; ±1% initial sensitivity through factory calibration, resonant frequency >27 KHz (gyro), onchip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, precision clock, embedded temperature sensor, programmable interrupts, and 5.5 mA current consumption.
