The C10082CA from Hamamatsu Corp., Bridgewater, NJ, operates from 200–800 nm with typical resolution of 6 nm. A high-resolution version, the C10082CAH, is also available. Measured spectrum is output via a USB port to a PC for DA and display. The device incorporates the S10420-1106-01 back-thinned CCD image sensor that provides 50% higher full well capacity, improved dynamic range and linearity, and 1/5 of the etaloning. The device is suited for use in semiconductor and Raman applications.
