The devices require a magnet for actuation but consume no power. Features include high shock resistance, max. rated power of 0.3 mW, max. 2 VDC switching voltage, max. 0.1 mA switching current, and max. 0.1 mA carry current. The devices can be used in medical pacemakers and insulin pumps, in telecommunications, and in PDAs and cellphones.
