The sensor offers twofold final position detection of pneumatic cylinders and detection of different gripper positions. You can teach the sensor to detect beginning stroke (cylinder retracted) and end stroke (cylinder extended) positions over a 2 in. stroke size. The IP67-rated sensor can be completely recessed in the T-slot and is available in 2 m (4-wire) and M8 (4-pin) versions.
