Vision Components
The EyeSpector v1.5 embedded vision system from Vision Components, Hudson, NH, works with the company's VC4xxx Series real-time, network-ready Smart Camera series and adds 20 graphically programmable image processing functions, enhanced communication functions, and support for robot vision. EyeSpector lets you process rotated images and transmit classification results with subpixel accuracy, provides brightness compensation using histogram algorithms, pattern matching, color measurements, and position compensation. EyeSpector can locate parts, measure dimensions of parts, and measure colors for generic measurement and gauging tasks.
