Low-Frequency Filter from Anadigm

Low-Frequency Filter from Anadigm

The AnadigmFilter1 from Anadigm, Tempe, AZ, is a low-frequency filter that is dynamically programmable from DC to 600 kHz, using a 6th order filter. Based on the company's dpASP dynamically programmable analog signal processor, the device lets you implement low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, or band-stop circuits by selecting from the library of presets. Onboard filters can be selected to emulate Butterworth, Bessel, Chebyshev, and inverse Chebyshev filter approximations. Filter gain and corner frequency settings are typically better than 1% accurate. Applications include monitoring the movement and stresses of buildings, bridges, and rail tracks; strain gauges; piezo sensors; and ultrasonic, acoustic or other low-frequency signals that require filtering.
