SL 900 Series ultrasonic level detectors from CoSense Inc., Hauppauge, NY, are for the detection and micromeasurement of ultrapure chemical fluids in the semiconductor industry. The ultrasonic level detectors have no moving parts, are available with up to 8 alarm points, and function independent of a liquid's density and viscosity. A thermocouple monitors temperature. Sensors can measure fluid level as close as 3 mm from the bottom of the vessel and have tube-in-tube construction.
