The SU-LDH digital linescan SWIR camera from Sensors Unlimited Inc. (SUI), Princeton, NJ, is designed for spectroscopy and machine vision applications. The NIR InGaAs camera offers line rates over 40,000 lines/s and is available in a variety of configurations. Based on the company's LC Series linear arrays with standard or extended InGaAs wavelength ranges from 0.8–1.7 µm and 1.0–2.2 µm, the camera provides a 14-bit Camera Link compatible output. Features include high sensitivity, room-temperature-stabilized operation, and integrate-while-read capability. Applications include biomedical imaging; inspecting wood, hot glass, and metal processing; high-speed spectroscopy; remote ground sensing; and telecommunications fiber and waveguide alignment.
