LCR Meter from QuadTech

The 7600 Plus LCR meter from QuadTech, Maynard, MA, is built upon the company's 7600 LCR meter and offers 0.05% accuracy, a 10 Hz to 2 MHz frequency range, improved measurement speed, and more accurate test results, especially for low-capacitance and high-impedance devices under test. Improved frequency resolution at high frequencies allows accurate characterization of devices using the built-in sweep capability or free PC-based software. The meter also offers a USB host port for data transfer to a PC, an RS-232 interface, an I/O Hander interface, and optional IEEE-488 interface.
