The ISL28127 from Intersil Corp., Milpitas, CA, is a 40 V, low-noise bipolar precision op amp that offers 3.0 nV/rt.Hz at 10 Hz noise performance and 70µV max. offset voltage. Max. input bias current is 10 nA, offset voltage drift is 0.5 µV/°C, and gain bandwidth is 10 MHz. The op amp is unity-gain stable over the –40°C to 125°C temperature range and operates from a 4.5–40 V supply voltage. Applications include laboratory instrumentation, automated test equipment, power line monitors, weight measurement systems, and environmental analyzers that require low DC noise.
