The GB modular goniometric bench from Gigahertz-Optik Inc., Newburyport, MA, allows you to perform PC remote-controlled angular dependent light measurements of LEDs when used in conjunction with a standard optometer or light analyzer. GB modules include adapters for various types of LEDs and attach to rotary tables (the base of the GB system). Used with the X4 light analyzer, the bench provides luminous intensity and/or luminance data over a wide dynamic range as well as spectral distribution, peak wavelength, dominant wavelength, color temperature, and color rendering index. Used with an optometer and photodetector, the bench can be configured for illuminance, luminance, luminous intensity, and/or radiometric equivalents detectors.
