Flybacks Target Low-Profile Power Apps
Wurth Electronics Midcom Inc.

Wurth Electronics Midcom’s latest series offline discontinuous mode flyback transformers target low-profile power applications such as solid-state lighting. The transformers function with universal input voltages and will meet the safety standards for the same voltages. Delivering power up to 24W with an entire range of output voltages available from 5V to 48V, they operate without saturating to frequencies as low as 68 kHz. The series is available for sampling immediately with production levels available in September.
