The Model 325 from Lake Shore Cryotronics Inc., Westerville, OH, is a dual-channel temperature controller that can support most diode, RTD, or thermocouple temperature sensors, allowing you to measure and control temperatures from 1.4 K to >1500 K. Sensor inputs are factory configured with 2 diode/RTD inputs but you can request the device to be configured with up to 2 thermocouple inputs. Two independent PID control loops with max. heater outputs of 25 W and 2 W are configured to drive either a 50 or 25 ohm load. Communications interfaces include IEEE-488 and RS-232.
