The 2 independent picoammeter/source channels are in a 2U half-rack enclosure and allow simultaneous 6-1/2-digit measurements across both channels. Measurement ranges are 2 nA to 20 mA in decade steps, measurement accuracy is ±1% on the 2 nA range, and dynamic range is 1 fA to 20 mA.
