Laser Components USA, Inc., Hudson, NH, offers the MAJOR series digital photodiode sensors (DPDS) available in two versions: 500 nm to 1700 nm wavelength range units are equipped with InGaAs detectors and 700 nm to 2200 nm have extended InGaAs detectors. Versions up to 2600 nm are optional. The integrated M12 thread facilitates the integration of the module. Modules are equipped with automatic amplification adjustment, averaging, time stamp, and temperature protocol. Communication is RS-232 interface.
