The LMP92064 from Texas Instruments, Dallas, TX, is a digital current sensor and voltage monitor with simultaneous sampling and SPI interface. It integrates a precision current sense amplifier and two 12-bit ADC channels for use by communications infrastructure applications that need precise power monitoring. Key features include max. input offset voltage ±15 uV and max. gain error <±0.75%; 125 Ksps conversion rate; high bandwidth with 4-wire SPI interface at speeds to 20 MHz; and isolation barrier interface to reach devices such as the ISO7141CC quad-channel digital isolator.
