The SDP601 and SDP611 differential pressure sensors from Sensirion AG, Staefa, Switzerland, are specifically calibrated to measure mass flow in a bypass configuration. The devices operate on the principle of calorimetric flow measurement and feature an I2 output, calibration, temperature compensation, long-term stability, no zero-point drift, and high sensitivity and accuracy. The SDP601 is intended for direct threaded connection to a pressure manifold with O-ring sealing while the SDP611 is designed for tube connection.
