APEM’s latest addition to its popular I series pushbutton range is the compact and waterproof IX series. The IX series combines the best qualities of the IP and IA series with a backlit switch, 12-mm diameter compact bushing, and flexible elastomer membrane actuator.
The flexible elastomer membrane actuator, with no space between the actuator and bushing, guarantees IP69K panel sealing. In Addition to waterproofing the component, it provides resistance to frost, sand and other contaminants. The ultra-thin design has an ergonomic advantage with a tight matrix mounting.
The IX series pushbutton offers a large selection of customization options including different actuator colors, illuminated markings with five different LED colors, and several different marking symbols.
