Columbia Lighting Launches the World's Most Versatile Enclosed/Gasketed LED Luminaires - LXEM

GREENVILLE, SC - Hubbell Lighting announced the perfect energy efficient luminaire for messy industrial environments—Columbia Lighting's LXEM LED Enclosed and Gasketed Fiberglass Industrial Luminaire. Built with design flexibility in mind, the LXEM is available in a wide range of lumen packages and offered in three different lengths—all in the same family.

Available in 2', 4', or 8' lengths, the LXEM offers a variety of choices to efficiently illuminate industrial environments including wet locations, warehouses and food preparation areas. The rugged LXEM is constructed with an F1 weatherability rated fiberglass housing and the gasket is non-porous to ensure seal and reliability. Impact resistant modified lens selections include frosted linear ribbed acrylic lens (RFA), ribbed polycarbonate, or deep profile frost—all firmly secured with tamper resistance-ready polycarbonate latches. The smooth surface of the luminaire makes for quick and easy cleaning.

With a choice of three color temperatures (3500K, 4000K, and 5000K), the LXEM offers long-life 50,000 hour LEDs at L80 for significantly reduced maintenance. Variety and options continue with up to five available lumen packages—LW (Low Watt), ML (Medium Lumen), HL (High Lumen), VL (Very High Lumen), and XL (Xtra High Lumen)—ranging from 3,000 to 18,600 lumens. The standard LXEM operation temperature ranges between -40 degree Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius and the HT option allows the LXEM to operate between -40 and 40 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the LXEM provides an installed 1400 lumen emergency battery pack option.

The LXEM can be chain suspended or pendant mounted and the product includes surface mounting brackets. Equipped with Hubbell Lighting's exclusive wiHUBB® technology preinstalled, wireless lighting controls are made easy. Occupancy and/ or daylight sensing accessories are also available.
