The S8000 from Michell Instruments Inc., Rowley, MA, is a reference chilled mirror hygrometer that can measure dew points to –90°C (0.1 ppmv) with ±0.1°C dew-point accuracy and ±0.05° dew-point resolution across its measurement range. A new optical system detects very small changes in moisture condensed on the mirror surface, guaranteeing high sensitivity and fast response when measuring low dew points. The hygrometer includes an LCD touchscreen, USB or Ethernet connections, and UKAS and NIST accreditation.
