COLUMBIA, MD, /PRNewswire/ -- Eurotech, a leading supplier of embedded technologies, products, and systems, announces a $1 million order from Cadec Global, a fleet management solution provider and long-time customer. Deliveries will begin in late 2010 to run through 2011.
The Eurotech embedded computer powers the Cadec PowerVue onboard computer deployed in transportation fleets. The PowerVue is based on Eurotech technology and delivers improved fleet performance, supply chain integration, and vehicle diagnostics capabilities as part of an overall fleet management plan.

The PowerVue solution automates data collection and reporting and allows transportation managers to make the most efficient use of their fleets and resources while saving costs through route optimization. The PowerVue system runs on Windows CE 5.0 with a PXA270 512 MHz processor, and is rugged to withstand vibration and a wide temperature range.
