The Pc-PRO system from Promess Inc., Brighton, MI, is a multichannel monitoring and test system intended for in-process quality verification applications. The system can use a variety of different sensors and includes multichannel nonsynchronous monitoring, integral DA, sensors, data storage, and software. Inputs are handled via PRO main module boards, each of which accommodates 2 high-speed 24-bit analog signals, an encoder input, 4 digital inputs, and 4 digital outputs. Standard outputs include RS-232, USB, and 10/100Base-T Ethernet. Standard configuration includes an industrial enclosure, mini-keyboard with track ball, and color TFT-LCD touch screen.
