16-bit MCU from Microchip Technology
Microchip Technology Inc.

The PIC24F04KA201 family of 16-bit microcontrollers from Microchip Technology Inc., Chandler, AZ, feature nanoWatt XLP extreme low-power technology, providing typical sleep currents down to 20 nA. Deep Sleep mode isolates power to various circuits during sleep, reducing power consumption to a minimum. It also lets the designers customize their applications for the lowest power consumption through multiple internal wake-up sources, such as brown-out resets, interrupts, and watchdog timers, all while maintaining the I/O states. Features include up to 16 MIPS operation using the 32 MHz internal clock, 4 KB Flash memory, 512 bytes of SRAM, 10-bit, up to 9-channel, 500 Ksps ADC, mTouch capacitive touch sensing peripheral, 2 rail-to-rail comparators, and SPI, I2C, and UART modules.
