Zevex International to Merge with Moog Subsidiary

ARCwire -- Zevex International Inc.'s stockholders have voted to approve and adopt the merger agreement providing for the merger of Zevex and a wholly owned subsidiary of Moog Inc. Moog Inc. is a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components and systems. The waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvement Act of 1976 expired on March 3, 2007, and ZEVEX now expects to complete the proposed merger on March 16, 2007. The merger was first announced on January 12, 2007.

Moog's high-performance systems control military and commercial aircraft, satellites and space vehicles, launch vehicles, missiles, automated industrial machinery, and medical equipment. Zevex International Inc. produces patented and proprietary medical device technologies, including sensors and electronic systems.
