Features include 5 or 10 in. long penetration probes, pushbutton data capture, LCD display, and memory for 1800 readings. The probes can be attached directly to the logger or to a handle with a 36 in. cable. Applications include monitoring core temperature of foods, liquids, or any material that can be penetrated by the probe. Stored data can be downloaded to a PC or through a LAN using an optional communications set.
